- Each group (team) must prepare its Management Plan and submit it to its advisor via email as a PDF file no later than Friday, November 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
- Each group (team) must prepare a Final Report and submit it to their advisor via email as a PDF file no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2025.
- The Project Fair for the Multidisciplinary Design Project course will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The layout and details for the project groups will be determined and announced by the departments.
- All groups are required to participate in the Project Fair with their project outputs. Groups that do not participate in the Project Fair will fail the Multidisciplinary Design Project course.
- Advisors must verify whether their teams attended the Project Fair, evaluate their performance based on the assessment criteria provided below, and enter their grades into the OBS system. Once grade entry is finalized, letter grades will be automatically generated in OBS.
