The petitions our students have previously submitted will be processed; there is no need for them to submit new petitions.
Since our university will not be holding a summer school, undergraduate students in our department:
- Our students may only take courses with the KOM code from Istanbul Technical University, Bogazici University, Middle East Technical University, and Hacettepe University.
- To take a course, students must meet the conditions specified in Article 15 of the YTÜ Summer School Guidelines.
- The minimum admission score for the department at the university where the student will take the course must be higher than the minimum admission score for our department at the time the student was admitted.
- For the course with the code ENF1180, only the Faculty of Engineering at Marmara University is eligible.
- For service courses other than those with a “KOM” code, students must consult with the relevant departments and obtain a Course Content document approved by the respective department.
Students must submit their Summer School Course Registration Form and Course Content documents in person to the department secretary’s office by 4:00 PM on Friday, June 26. Applications submitted via email will not be accepted.
- Form Regarding YTÜ Students Taking Courses from Other Higher Education Institutions During Summer School
- A document from ÖSYM showing the student’s score from the year they were admitted and the minimum score for the relevant department in the same year
- Courses to be taken, along with the course syllabi approved by the relevant department
